2. Description of Service

The Service is a free, AI-powered audit tool that analyzes publicly available data from Shopify stores to provide SEO, AI readiness, and store structure assessments. The Service is operated by Marina Pereda through MarinaPereda.shop.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Service to:

• Audit Shopify stores that you own or have authorization to audit
• Review and implement the recommendations provided
• Copy generated content (robots.txt, llms.txt files) for use in your own Shopify store

You may not:

• Use the Service to harass, harm, or interfere with other store owners or their businesses
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits through automated requests, VPNs, proxies, or other means
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service or its underlying technology
• Resell, rebrand, or commercially redistribute audit results as a competing service
• Submit URLs of websites you do not own for purposes of competitive sabotage or harassment

4. Usage Limits

The Service enforces the following usage limits:

• Free tier: 2 audits per week, no registration required
• Email tier: 10 audits per week, requires email subscription
• Global limit: 150 audits per day across all users

We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time without prior notice. Attempts to circumvent usage limits may result in permanent blocking of your access.

5. Email Subscription

By providing your email address to unlock additional audit credits, you agree to:

• Receive marketing communications from Marina Pereda / MarinaPereda.shop, including newsletters, educational content, product updates, and promotional offers
• Have your email stored and managed through our email marketing platform (Klaviyo)

We will not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties for their marketing purposes. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of audit results
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• That implementing recommendations will improve your search rankings, AI visibility, or sales

Audit results are generated using AI (Claude by Anthropic) and publicly available store data. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You should independently verify all recommendations before implementing them.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marina Pereda, MarinaPereda.shop, and any affiliated parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of revenue, profits, or business
• Loss of data or search rankings
• Damages resulting from implementing audit recommendations
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated analysis

Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of this Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for the Service (which, for the free tier, is zero).

8. Intellectual Property

• The Service, its design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of Marina Pereda.
• Generated audit content (robots.txt, llms.txt recommendations) is provided for your use in your own store. You may not claim authorship of the Service itself.
• You retain ownership of your store data. We do not claim any rights over the stores you audit.

9. Third-Party Content

The Service analyzes publicly available data from third-party websites (Shopify stores). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of these third-party sites. The audit results reflect what is publicly accessible at the time of the audit.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, violations of these Terms or abusive use of the Service.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through the courts of competent jurisdiction.
